Dallas manufacturer J.O.Y. Foods Inc. is partnering with the nation’s largest chicken processor, Pilgrim’s Pride Corp., to build a new plant in Dallas. The plant will supply chicken nuggets, patties and fillets to fast food giant McDonald’s restaurants.
